Life of Agony é uma banda americana de metal alternativo do Brooklyn, Nova York, formada em 1989 pela cantora Mina Caputo (então conhecida como Keith Caputo), o baixista Alan Robert e o guitarrista Joey Z. A banda lançou seis álbuns de estúdio até hoje, a maioria notavelmente sua estreia em 1993, River Runs Red, nomeado pela Rolling Stone como um dos melhores álbuns de metal de todos os tempos.
