DANIEL LANOIS
Daniel Roland Lanois CM, nascido em 19 de setembro de 1951) é um produtor musical e músico canadense.
Ele produziu álbuns de artistas como Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Peter Gabriel, Robbie Robertson, Emmylou Harris, Willie Nelson e Harold Budd. Colaborou com Brian Eno na criação do gênero ambient e produziu diversos álbuns para o U2, incluindo The Joshua Tree (1987) e Achtung Baby (1991). Três álbuns produzidos ou coproduzidos por Lanois ganharam o Grammy de Álbum do Ano. Outros quatro álbuns receberam indicações ao Grammy. Lanois lançou vários álbuns solo. Ele compôs e interpretou a trilha sonora do filme Sling Blade (1996) e contribuiu com diversas faixas vocais para Red Dead Redemption 2. Wikipedia
