DIE KRUPPS

Die Krupps (pronúncia alemã: [diː ˈkʁʊps]) (“The Krupps”) é uma banda alemã de metal industrial/EBM, formada em 1980 por Jürgen Engler e Bernward Malaka em Düsseldorf.
A banda teve uma gama diversificada de influências musicais ao longo do tempo, incluindo a percussão industrial Stahlwerksynfonie (1981) e depois um estilo mais synth-pop Volle Kraft voraus! (1982) e Entrando na Arena (1985), com o último álbum apresentando seu primeiro material em inglês. A banda mais tarde se estabeleceu como uma banda de metal industrial, lançando quatro álbuns predominantemente neste gênero, de 1992 a 1997, cada um rotulado de 1 a 4. A banda lançou álbuns adicionais desde 1997, incluindo o predominantemente eletro-industrial Als wären wir für immer (2010) e The Machinists of Joy (2013), antes de revisitar o som do metal que perseguiram nos anos 90 com V – Metal Machine Music.
