Vocalista da banda The Clash,nos anos 70, Joe Strummer influencia até hoje gerações com sua personalidade e suas músicas. Sem medo de dizer o que pensava, foi um dos grandes nomes do Punk Rock. O documentário de Julien Temple reune imagens de arquivo nunca vistas e cenas inéditas do cantor, desvendando sua intimidade nas relações com os amigos e família, e a sua participação no cenário Punk. O filme é uma homenagem à um dos ícones da música britânica em suas fases antes, durante e depois do The Clash.
