Ele trabalhou com John Mayall, Frank Zappa, Jeff Beck, Jefferson Starship, Eric Burdon, Ian Hunter, Lou Reed, David Bowie, Mick Ronson, Whitesnake, Pat Travers, Sammy Hagar, Michael Schenker, UFO, Jake E.
